If you are interested in one of our properties the first step in our application process is for you to drive by the property to verify that you are interested. If you are still interested please call our office at 334-699-6767 to schedule an appointment with an agent to show you the inside of the property and continue the application process. Our application process includes income and employment verification, prior rental history, and credit check. The application fee is $25 per adult applicant payable in cash only.
